1. Operator and scope Harmoni is a brand operated by DAFK AI LTD., a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada (Incorporation No. BC1601223; Business No. 798098646BC0001). Registered and records office: 6938 Doman Street, Vancouver, BC V5S 3H7, Canada. Contact: team@artbyharmoni.com.

These Terms govern your use of artbyharmoni.com and purchases from the Harmoni storefront. Mandatory consumer rights in your place of residence continue to apply and are not limited by these Terms.

2. Store use and accounts You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, probe its security, copy protected content, or use it for unlawful activity. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, or legal rights.

3. Products and artistic variation Harmoni products include decorative art, miniatures, silhouettes, wall pieces and related objects. Dimensions, materials, finish, mounting requirements and included parts are described on the product page. Screen colour, natural material, handcrafted finish and small production variations may differ from photographs without making the product defective.

4. Orders and payment An order is an offer to purchase. A binding sale is formed when we accept the order and send an order confirmation. We may reject or cancel an order for stock errors, suspected fraud, pricing mistakes, delivery restrictions or legal reasons, and will refund amounts captured for a cancelled order. Prices, currency, taxes, shipping charges and any import charges collected by us are shown before payment. Card processing is handled by the payment provider; Harmoni does not store raw card numbers.

5. Delivery, returns and refunds The Shipping, Withdrawal & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates unless the order confirmation expressly states otherwise. Do not send goods to the registered office or any other address without written return instructions from Harmoni.

6. Intellectual property The Harmoni name, product designs, photographs, copy, graphics and site presentation are owned by or licensed to DAFK AI LTD. No licence is granted except the limited right to view and use the store for personal shopping.

7. Liability Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including rights relating to defective, unsafe, misdescribed or undelivered goods. To the extent permitted by law, DAFK AI LTD. is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable losses, business losses from consumer use, or losses caused by events outside reasonable control.

8. Governing rules and changes These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections in the consumer's country or province. Updated Terms apply prospectively from the displayed effective date; the version accepted at checkout remains associated with that order.
