Shipping, Withdrawal & Returns Policy

1. Shipping Available destinations, shipping methods, charges, currency, estimated processing time and estimated delivery window are shown at checkout or in the order confirmation. Estimates are not guarantees unless expressly stated. Tracking is provided when supported by the carrier. Customers must provide a complete, accurate and deliverable address.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs handling and local restrictions. Unless checkout states that these amounts are collected by Harmoni, the recipient is responsible for them. We may contact you if a destination, product or address cannot be served.

2. Damage, loss and incorrect items Contact team@artbyharmoni.com promptly if an item arrives damaged, incomplete or different from the order. Include the order number and photographs of the item and packaging where reasonably possible. Keep the packaging until the claim is resolved. A prompt report helps the carrier investigation but does not remove mandatory legal rights.

3. How to request a return Email team@artbyharmoni.com with the order number, item and reason. We will verify the applicable right or policy, issue a return authorization, and provide the return destination and instructions. Do not send goods to DAFK AI LTD.'s registered office or to an address found elsewhere; unauthorized parcels may be delayed or lost.

4. Canada voluntary returns In addition to non-excludable legal rights, eligible change-of-mind items delivered in Canada may be requested for return within 7 calendar days after delivery. They must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, complete and returned with original protective packaging in resalable condition. The customer normally pays return shipping for a voluntary return. Original outbound shipping is not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

The voluntary policy does not apply to personalized or made-to-order goods, gift cards, final-sale items clearly identified before purchase, or goods damaged after delivery by misuse, installation or inadequate repacking. These exclusions never remove remedies for defective, unsafe, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods. Statutory distance-sales cancellation rights under British Columbia law also apply where their legal conditions are met.

5. Türkiye withdrawal right For eligible distance sales delivered to consumers in Türkiye, the consumer may exercise the statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days without giving a reason or paying a penalty. Notice may be sent by email to team@artbyharmoni.com. We will provide the return destination and method after receiving the notice. Statutory exceptions—including goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized—apply only where the law permits and the exception was disclosed before purchase. Defect and non-conformity remedies are separate from the withdrawal right.

6. Refunds and condition review After the returned item is received, we inspect identity, completeness and condition and process the refund using the original payment method within the period required by applicable law. Any lawful deduction for diminished value or customer-caused damage will be explained. Bank processing time is outside our control. Where Harmoni supplied a damaged, defective or incorrect item, Harmoni covers the reasonable authorized return cost and provides the legally required remedy.
