1. Who controls your information Harmoni is a brand operated by DAFK AI LTD., a company incorporated in British Columbia, Canada (Incorporation No. BC1601223; Business No. 798098646BC0001). Registered and records office: 6938 Doman Street, Vancouver, BC V5S 3H7, Canada. Contact: team@artbyharmoni.com. DAFK AI LTD. is responsible for the personal information described in this notice when you use the Harmoni store.

2. Information we collect We may collect identity and contact details, account and authentication records, delivery and billing details, order and return history, customer-support messages, marketing preferences, device and security logs, approximate location derived from IP address, and product interaction data. Payment providers process card details; Harmoni receives transaction references and payment status, not raw card numbers.

3. Why we use it We use personal information to operate accounts; quote, accept, fulfil and support orders; arrange delivery and returns; prevent fraud and secure the service; meet accounting, tax and legal obligations; improve store performance; and send marketing only where permitted and with the required choice or consent. Depending on the context, processing is necessary to perform a contract, comply with law, pursue legitimate business and security interests, or act on consent.

4. Who receives it Information is shared only as reasonably necessary with cloud hosting, database, storage, email, analytics, fraud-prevention, payment, shipping, professional-adviser and public-authority recipients. Current core infrastructure uses Google Cloud. Transactional email and payment providers receive the information needed to perform their services. Service providers are contractually restricted to their permitted purposes where required.

5. International transfers DAFK AI LTD. operates from Canada and may serve customers in other countries. Information may therefore be processed in Canada, the European Economic Area, Türkiye, the United States or other locations used by our vetted providers. We use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to the transfer and applicable law.

6. Retention and security We keep information only for the period needed for the purposes above, including order, tax, fraud, warranty and dispute records required by law. We apply access controls, encryption in transit, restricted cloud storage, multi-factor administrator access, monitoring and backups. No online system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices and rights Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, information about use or disclosure, withdrawal of consent, or objection/restriction where available. You may unsubscribe from marketing without affecting transactional messages. Send requests to team@artbyharmoni.com; we may verify identity before acting. You may also complain to the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Authority, or another competent regulator.

8. Cookies and minors The store may use essential cookies for sessions, preferences, security and checkout. Non-essential analytics or marketing technologies will be used only with the choices required by applicable law. The store is not directed to children and we do not knowingly request purchases from persons unable to enter a binding contract.
