Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties and order record The seller is DAFK AI LTD., operating the Harmoni brand. The buyer is the person identified in the order. The order summary, product page, price, currency, taxes, shipping charge, delivery details, pre-contract information and legal-document versions accepted at checkout form this agreement.

2. Goods, price and payment The goods and their essential characteristics are those shown in the accepted order. Payment is due in the displayed transaction currency through the checkout payment provider. Harmoni will not substitute a materially different product without the buyer's agreement.

3. Delivery Harmoni will arrange delivery to the accepted address using the method shown in the order. Any mandatory maximum delivery period and remedies under the consumer's applicable law remain in force. Risk does not pass earlier than permitted by applicable consumer law.

4. Withdrawal, cancellation and returns The active Shipping, Withdrawal & Returns Policy is incorporated into this agreement. For eligible deliveries to consumers in Türkiye, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right and lawful exceptions apply. For Canada, Harmoni's voluntary return policy and applicable provincial and federal rights apply. The buyer may give a durable notice by emailing team@artbyharmoni.com.

5. Defects and complaints Withdrawal is distinct from remedies for goods that are defective, unsafe, misdescribed, incomplete or not delivered. Contact team@artbyharmoni.com with the order number and available evidence. Nothing in this agreement limits mandatory remedies.

6. Records and disputes Harmoni stores the accepted agreement version and order record for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention and support purposes. Mandatory consumer jurisdiction and dispute rights are preserved. Otherwise, the agreement is governed by the laws of British Columbia and applicable federal Canadian law.
